nick attended The Natural Gourmet Institute for Health & Culinary Arts in Manhattan. He worked in kitchens and bakeries throughout the city, including Eleni's and Dodo, before coming to The Simple Kitchen. His favorite thing to eat at The Simple Kitchen is our poached chicken salad (paired with a soy chai with agave!).
 
lesley is a graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. She worked as a private chef before joining our team. she grew up around the food industry and loves all that it has to offer.Her favorite thing to eat at The Simple Kitchen is the turkey & swiss pretzel roll sandwich.
 
heather majored in economics at Duke University and got her masters in hospitality management at Cornell University’s Hotel School. She brings with her years of experience from Whole Foods Market, a love of vegan food, and her favorite thing to eat at The Simple Kitchen is our chickpea hummus with gluten-free multigrain chips.
 
shareena has spent many years working in the natural foods industry including community co-ops, natural food stores, organic restaurants and most recently Integral Yoga Natural Foods . She has a love of home-cooked vegetarian meals, non-toxic body care, and is an animal rights supporter. Shareena’s favorites include our side dishes and her most recent favorite thing to eat at The Simple Kitchen is the roasted beets & green beans with walnuts.
